Sand Knock-Out Solution
Centered on a cyclonic sand capture system, it forms a high-speed cyclonic field based on the principle of cyclonic separation, realizing rapid and efficient separation of sand particles and fluid using supergravity centrifugal force. It has a compact structure and low pressure drop, adapting to various working conditions such as wellhead sand removal and fracturing flowback, meeting the space requirements of onshore wellsites and offshore platforms, and ensuring the safety of subsequent equipment.
Product Advantages

High-Efficiency Sand Removal Capacity: Sand removal efficiency of ≥95%, effectively capturing sand particles with a particle size ≥50μm to ensure fluid cleanliness.

Low Pressure Drop Operation: Pressure drop ≤1%, ensuring fluid flow efficiency and reducing energy consumption while achieving high-efficiency sand removal.

Strong Erosion-Resistant Long Service Life: Flow-through components are lined with erosion-resistant materials, and key parts are overlay welded with wear-resistant alloy to extend service life.

Rapid Sand Discharge Structure: Quick-opening sand discharge port combined with backwashing interface facilitates rapid sand discharge and equipment cleaning and maintenance.

Modular Easy Operation and Maintenance: Modular design enables precise component connection, convenient installation and disassembly, and reduces operation and maintenance difficulty.
