High-Low Pressure Fracturing Manifold Solutions

Innovative high and low pressure integrated skid-mounted design integrates low-pressure distribution and high-pressure converging manifolds. Centered on optimized structural layout and precise pressure-bearing design, the modular architecture adapts to diverse fracturing media, saves wellsite space, realizes rapid equipment movement and installation, and improves fracturing operation efficiency and equipment turnover rate.

Fracturing Wellhead Solution

Adopts advanced modular design. The top fracturing head connects to high-pressure fracturing pipelines, and the bottom connects to completion strings through the tubing head. Equipped with special sand control valves and protective tubing hangers, it can withstand high pressure, high displacement, and sand-containing fluid impact. The special sealing design ensures reliable sealing, and it can be quickly converted into a production wellhead after fracturing.

Sand Knock-Out Solution

Centered on a cyclonic sand capture system, it forms a high-speed cyclonic field based on the principle of cyclonic separation, realizing rapid and efficient separation of sand particles and fluid using supergravity centrifugal force. It has a compact structure and low pressure drop, adapting to various working conditions such as wellhead sand removal and fracturing flowback, meeting the space requirements of onshore wellsites and offshore platforms, and ensuring the safety of subsequent equipment.

Plug Catcher Solution

Filters solid particles in downhole returned fluid through high-precision metal sand filter tubes. Supports single bypass or dual bypass design, enabling on-line filtration and maintenance without stopping production, avoiding production interruption. It adapts to the solid control needs of oil and gas field drilling, completion, and fracturing operations, improving control efficiency and reducing equipment wear and maintenance costs.
