III. Consequences of Infringement and Legal Recourse

1. Infringement Damages: The infringing party shall be liable for the following compensation:

◦ All economic losses suffered by the Right Holder as a result of the infringement;

◦ Reasonable expenses incurred by the Right Holder in enforcing its rights (including attorney's fees, investigation costs, etc.).

2. Statutory Damages: Where the actual losses are difficult to calculate, compensation shall be determined in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Copyright Law.

3. Legal Action: The Right Holder reserves the right to take the following legal measures:

◦ Issuing a cease-and-desist letter to the infringer party demanding immediate the cessation of infringement;

◦ Initiating civil litigation in a competent court;

◦ Reporting to administrative authorities to request the imposition of administrative penalties;

◦ Where criminal suspicion arises, reporting the case to public security authorities.

4. Liability of Network Platforms: In accordance with the Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information, network service providers that fail to promptly remove infringing content after receiving a valid notice from the Right Holder may be held jointly and severally liable.

IV. Updates and Right to Interpretation

1. The Right Holder reserves the right to update this Notice as necessary. The updated Notice shall become effective upon its publication.

2. The Right Holder reserves the final right of interpretation regarding this Notice.
